Summary: Our room was clean and comfortable. What made this booking exceptional was the lengths Sergio went to in order to help us find our way to Zefiro Suites after our GPS stopped working. He actually found us in the city and escorted us to our destination. In all my years of traveling, I have never had such help, all with a kind and generous disposition. He truly was a trip savior. Thank you Sergio!
