Positive: We loved it all. The wonderful staff makes you feel so welcome and everything else keeps adding to the experience. The comfortable beds, the pool, the great food at the restaurant, and not least the magical surroundings on your doorstep. The landscape right in front of the hotel is spectacular, and you're right in the middle of it. The staff can organise anything you want, from tea ceremonies, to excursions, to show tickets, nothing is much trouble.There are so many things to do, even though you're a little out of town, you're spoilt for choice. From the communication with Suzy beforehand, to the laughs with Rose, the friendly smiles from Julie, the tea ceremony with Hannah, and the wonderful restaurant staff, the people who work here are what makes this place truly special. We were actually sad to leave...
