next to the Sierra Star golf course and minutes from the ski lifts. This
spacious townhouse offers expansive living space across the 3 level home,
including a beautiful entertainment movie room, with access to the private hot
tub on the lower covered terrace plus outdoor dining area with gas grill on
the upper covered terrace. The living area with gas fireplace and comfortable
sectional becomes the great room of the home for family gatherings to watch
the flatscreen TV or play some traditional board games that are stocked. The
fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, gas range, all kitchen
amenities you will need to prepare meals, and a dining area with seating for
8, with an additional 3 at the kitchen bar, allows you to host all of the
family. The master suite upstairs on the 3rd level boasts a King bed, private
en-suite bathroom with double vanity, walk-in shower wet room and soaking tub,
and walk-in closet and flatscreen TV. The second and third bedrooms on the
main living area are perfect guest bedrooms both featuring a Queen bed, with a
shared hall full bathroom with walk-in shower. The fourth bedroom is perfect
for the kids on the lower level with a bunk bed with Twin on top, Double on
the bottom. The entertainment movie room even has a Queen sleeper sofa for
additional sleeping, or use this room to relax and enjoy the 70" big screen,
