As the sun begins to set, you will start to feel the fresher cooler mountain air and as the shadows lengthen, then give way to truly breath-taking sunsets. The villa is situated on the hillside in the National Park on the footpath to La Maroma, at 2069m (6,828ft) the highest peak of the Sierra Tejeda-Almijaral mountain range which towers over the villa. The setting is beautiful, very quiet with no background noise from any roads and is located by the side of a private lane. An ideal base from which to explore the area, go to the beach, walk-in the hills, or just relax by the private pool. Summary: We loved our stay in the villa, perfect for a complete wind down with stunning views. The owners have thought of everything and the villa does really feel like a home away from home. Top tip .. due to the villa’s location make sure you hire a car with a decent engine size , our first hire car couldn’t make the final bit of the climb and we ended up going back into Malaga to upgrade it.
