Positive: The villa is in a great location with wonderful views, spacious and very quiet.
Negative: It was very difficult to locate the property. Portvil gave very poor instructions (only a map reference - no driving instructions). We had to ring them to send out someone to take us there. Some of the kitchen appliances are old (eg gas cooker). There is poor lighting in the kitchen for cooking. The TV doesn't work. There is no phone reception at the villa. We kept getting conflicting messages from Portvil and from Booking, which was very stressful. Portvil relies on Whatsapp to communicate with visitors, but it didn't work with us and we couldn't load their App. This is a problem given the remote location of the villa.
Summary: Great villa, pity about the poor service from Portvil
