The villa also features a private fenced pool (12 x 6 m, depth 120 - 210 cm), open from May 1st to September 30th. The pool is equipped with a Roman-style staircase, hydromassage area, sun loungers, diving board, outdoor shower, and a gazebo with lounge area and restroom, offering moments of pure relaxation in total comfort.
Guests also have access to a private outdoor parking area for 5 cars and a covered garage for 1 car, making the stay convenient and worry-free.

Excluded from the price: Final cleaning (300.00€); air conditioning (20.00€ per day); heating during winter months (30.00€ per day); pets allowed upon request (maximum 1 - 80.00€ per week).
