Positive: The villa is beautiful and exactly like the pictures and the pool and garden area is very private with lot's of sun beds and it also has several areas that are shaded which is great to sit and relax out of the sun. The villa is spacious inside with everything needed to have a great holiday. We had a late evening flight so we ordered shopping from a local supermarket which was delivered to the villa and the owner was kind enough to place the items in the villa ready for our arrival. The owner also came along the morning after our arrival to make sure we had everything we needed and was very responsive to our requests. The property is managed by Etouri who also provide concierge services and all communications with them was excellent and they were very helpful and responded to requests for advice and recommendations very promptly.

Negative: The top floor bedroom is very spacious with it's own bathroom area but it should be noted that the ceiling is fairly low but it wasn't a problem for us at all.

Summary: Fantastic stay at a beautiful villa in Crete.
