The villa offers lovingly renovated interiours with beautiful furnishings, and accommodation is distributed over three levels.
The main entry leads up to the ground floor with spacous living dining room profiting from fabulous views over Nice and out to sea. On the same level is a well equipped modern kitchen with access to a shady breakfast terrace. The spacious Master bedroom with en suite bathroom and AC is located on the first floor, there is also a second bedroom with shower room. From the ground floor steps lead down to a studio with kitchenette, TV lounge and third bedroom, offering access to the pool terraces and garden.
