Positive: The view from the patio was lovely.
Negative: The studio does not match the photographs featured in the advertising. Furnishings were worn and dated eg the bathroom mirror has rusted to the point where it hardly functions as a mirror. Interior and exterior need updating and windows misted through. Outside furniture rusted and needed cleaning.
Summary: Good place but needs updating.
