Ten minutes from the airport or downtown, five minutes UAA or Providence Hospital, with grocery stores and gas stations right around the corner. In two minutes you can find yourself pulling onto the Seward Highway for a visit to anywhere as far south as Kenai, or north as Fairbanks. Our home is perfect for visitors to Alaska or Alaskans needing a place to call home during short stays.
