Positive: Quiet neighbourhood of well maintained houses, with separate basement apartment well fitted and suitable for a short stay.
Negative: Could usefully provide wifi code as ESIM kept failing and could not be remedied without wifi.
Summary: A quiet, well furnished self contained basement wihin easy distance of JFK and walkable from Rosedale MTA.
