The open and eat-in kitchen features wood and white cabinets, quartz counters and backsplash, all new stainless steel appliances, dining table for 4, and a breakfast bar that seats 3 with a walnut counter top. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms, all with large closets that are fully organized with built-in drawers, and 2 large linen closets. Brand new bathrooms, one with a tub and one with a shower. The lower level has a family room with sofa and a 2nd tv, and a 4th br with large and organized closet. There is a full laundry room with a new washer/dryer and a utility sink. This home sits on a double corner lot and is fully fenced in with new 5' cedar fencing. 2 car garage. Central ac, all bed and bath linens provided, fully stocked kitchen with serving ware and pots/pans, and hairdryers and basic soap/shampoo provided. Pets welcome. Ready for little ones with a pack and play, high chair, games and toys. This home is 1 mile to the Davis Evanston train stops (Purple line el train and Metra), Central Street, Downtown Evanston, Lake Michigan and beaches, North Shore Channel Trail and Skokie Northshore Sculpture Park, Beck Park and Butler Park, and lots of local shopping inlcuding Old Orchard Mall.
