Positive: Nice with 24h receptionist.
Negative: The provided address was incorrect! The provided address wrote Catania, and Catania DOES have a street with that name. But the hotel is not in Catania, but in a neighbouring village. Which the taxi driver could clarify in a phone argument with the receptionist. Not ok.
