Positive: Large room with en-suite bathroom (Great Shower!) Communal Kitchen, but did have a private fridge in our room. Everything was clean, simple and good value for money. All rooms are upstairs on the first floor. That was fine for us, but good to know if stairs are an issue. There is some limited free overnight street parking which is helpful if you are gone during the day anyway.
Negative: Entrance was not so easy to find
