Positive: The location was really good, easy walking distance to all the attractions, pubs, and public transportation. Check-in/Check-out was easy. The apartment was clean and well decorated. The beds were generally comfortable. The townhouse is probably better suited for a smaller group – we had 8 and it was tight. It was a 10 minute walk to/from the train station.

Negative: Communications with the host was pretty good, however, they simply ignored several issues we brought to their attention. When we arrived the trash bins were completely full and trash pick-up was a week away. They came and moved one trash bin to the street for pick-up, but it was never picked-up by the city (not even on pick-up day, why we don't know). We were told several times during our stay they were going to send housekeeping to collect the rubbish so we would have an open bin...that never happened. The WiFi (internet) stopped working after 3-4 days. We let the staff know several times it was not working, however, we remained without Wifi for the remainder of our stay (not good for travelers without phone service). We repeatedly asked for updates only to be told they were waiting on a response from management...the situation was never resolved. We ended up having to purchase separate mobile WiFi access through EE on our own. There was also an issue with the hot water in the downstairs bathroom shower. We informed the host, however, this issue was never resolved either. The common area seating was also very uncomfortable.

Summary: Not a great experience - Wouldn't recommend for anything more than a weekend.
