Positive: The staff really go the extra mile to make you feel welcome. The rooms are tidy and clean with all the amenities. The pool area and the gym are very nice. The restaurant and bar area is lovely. What really makes this place stand out are the little things, cool towels when you arrive home, complimentary drinks and snacks at times through the day, the tree planting trip and the cooking class. Just everything was absolutely spot on. Location is also superb, with access to night market and pub street so so easy!
Negative: The only little thing that could be improved is the air-con in the gym. Given this is a container-like space with glass walls, it’s is extremely hot in there. We even went in early to turn a/c on, but was still very hot! That being said, the hotel staff brought us cold towels and water during our workout which wasn’t necessary but very appreciated!
Summary: Absolutely perfect - 100% must stay in Siem Reap
