Summary: We had to get an email check in instructions with code numbers. The front door was a keypad and we knew the code to get in, but then there was a lockbox in front of our room, and although we had the code to it, we didn't know how to operate the lock box(another guest showed us how to pull the sliding door down to access the keypad. we tried calling the numbers provided because of "no front door check", but one number was to the restaurant below the inn and they couldn't help, I had to leave a voice mail to the manager with my problem and he emailed me instead of calling me back after I got help from another guest.
