Positive: The owner himself dhananjay, he is very sweet, friendly and very helpfull

Negative: The owner's wife, she was rude and pathetic, it was raining the whole day in coorg when we visited, we came rushing to the property drenched in rain, we rushed into the parking lobby as we were drenched with raincoats on, then the owner's wife arrives and starts behaving rudely and instantly takes a mop stick and start to clean the parking space even she was in raincoat and water was falling from her raincoat too.. she was pathetic and not clearly a friendly woman.
