Positive: Very cute,! bedding was amazing!, view was amazing,! no indoor heating only log burner which was great in evenings but isn't convenient in the daytime, you need something else take the chill out of the air in the mornings and afternoons got a bit chilly,I took a halogen heater, I also took a fishing stove and rice cooker, so I could cook as barbacue not feasible in the winter ,few miles from nearest shop , as long as you have those , you will have a wonderful time, I did! ...the owners and the dog are dream hosts, there is no TV which is a shame, because you need something to do in the evening, not all like to go out to eat and straight to bed .if they could put a TV and electric frying pan ..one small halogen heater....then you would not need to bring anything at all ! Only yourself and your clothes,very small measures that will ensure a complete complaint free stay, every staycation needs a Tv, if doesn't have aerial it's fine can have netflix and prime! At least! Would definitely go back again ! Xx

Negative: I loved it because I knew what I was getting myself into ...but if you don't take a portable stove or small halogen heater you will freeze and starve.so I was prepared and had a wonderful time x
