Summary: I had a bay view room with a great view. The bed was good and clean but the room was a bit dirty. Cobwebs on the ceiling in corners, dust on floor lamp and a crab leg in the bathroom tub drain. The HVAC wall unit was super dirty and very very loud. No screen door on slider, don't leave door open for fresh air because you will get bugs in from the bay. The plumbing from floors above was extremely loud. You can hear when ever they floors above used any plumbing. The parking lot is 5 feet from the rooms door so you can hear a lot of noise from there. In kitchen area there is a 2 burner stove top but no pots to cook.
