Summary: The hotel had a nice view and beach access, there was plenty of parking and it had a nice area with chairs and a couple loungers to sit and enjoy the view. The hotel itself was run down. Our room had a lot of damage and wear, like holes in the wall there there should be a towel bar in the bathroom and the back of the bathroom door broken and shredded. The mattress was very uncomfortable; we had a horrible night sleep. There was no AC which was fine, but a fan would have been nice. We had family staying in another room and their room was a little nicer and had nicer mattresses and bedding, but their room also had some wear. We could hear the other guests through the walls also. There were not any amenities besides the beach access. We were able to bring our dog, but there was no dog bed or water dish for dogs like we've seen at other dog friendly stays. Nor was there any poop bag dispensers or garbage cans on the property. Had to find and walk to the dumpster to throw things away. My husband noticed some exposed wiring/uncovered outlets on the exterior of the hotel that is an electrical hazard. And a leaking water spicket covered in tape. Just things like that around the property
