Summary: We were very disappointed in our stay at the Tempe Suites. I will say that the room was immaculate but kinda sad in places. Cracked tiles, flooring in disrepair, a bottle of 3 in 1 soap dispenser on the floor of the shower. I had to contact (4 times from start to finish) the company in order to get the info to unlock the lockbox so we could get the key to get in. In the pre-check you have to take a picture of your license, front and back; a selfie with your license; a picture of your credit card (even after I had already given that info when I booked the place on Hotels.com. Crazy!! Parking was also a problem. Street parking in the area is limited to 2 hours and ended up parking around the block and paid $15 for overnight parking.
