The guest apartment is located in the Hansaviertel near S-Bahn station Parkstraße (after Warnemünde 20 min).
It is a quiet, very green residential area with ample parking. Nearby are the Barnstorfer Wald and the Lindenpark. Uni, Ostseestadion and Stadthalle within walking distance!
There are plenty of shops and the scene district KTV is 10 minutes on foot.
The attic was completely new, converted into a chic, small studio "only" for guests and newly furnished. From the dishwasher, coffee machine, fridge and new LED TV and DVD player, everything is there what you need for a nice stay.
