Le Gîte "Jazz" est un gîte de 28M² pour deux personnes (adultes) avec un parking et une entrée totalement indépendante avec son espace nuit (lit de 140x 200) ouvert sur l'espace salle de bain (baignoire), un toilette séparé, et un espace de vie cuisine et salon canapé. Le gîte dispose de son parking et de sa petite terrasse privée également.
Vous avez à votre disposition tout le nécessaire de cuisine (plaques de cuisson induction , grille pain/micro-ondes grill, cafetière dosette souples, frigidaire combiné congélateur, machine à laver, fer et table à repasser, etc). Vous bénéficiez également d'un ventilateur, du wifi et d'une télévision et d'un platine vinyle bluetooth.
Les draps ne sont pas fournis - La literie est équipée d'un système de protection (alèse anti-acariens et punaises de lit)- Une couette, deux oreillers ainsi que les serviettes de bain sont à disposition dans le logement.
Pour des raisons de sécurité et de configuration des lieux, les locations ne sont pas adaptés aux enfants de moins de 12 ans. Les mineurs restent sous la responsabilité et la vigilance des majeurs accompagnants.

"La note bleue" à Sainte Radégonde-des-Noyers est une longère de 1816 dans laquelle je réside depuis fin 2023 et elle est composée de trois gîtes. Une annexe indépendante, le gîte « Jazz » et deux autres gîtes « Pop » et « Rock dans le prolongement de mon habitation.
Ces deux derniers gîtes pour deux personnes peuvent être communiquant si besoin et ainsi convenir à 4 personnes ou bien rester indépendants (doubles portes fermées à clés entre les deux). Sur le terrain avec zones ombragés sous les arbres, vous aurez à votre disposition une piscine de 10 mètres x 5 mètres (profondeur 1m puis 1m60 au plus profond) qui est à partager avec deux autres studios et le propriétaire (moi). La piscine est ouverte de 10h à 22h30 de mai à octobre selon la météo (elle est non-chauffée). Il y a un « pool house », dans lequel sera mis à disposition pour l'ensemble des locatifs plancha, barbecues, etc...).

Merci d'effectuer le ménage avant votre départ (vous trouverez pour cela ce dont vous avez besoin : aspirateurs et serpillère).
Le logement se situant dans un lotissement, en conséquence, merci de veiller à respecter le voisinage (nuisances sonores).
Les logements sont non-fumeurs à l'intérieur.
La réservation est possible pour 7 nuits minimum du samedi au samedi (arrivée à partir de 17h et départ avant 10H00.
Deux épiceries (Superettes) se trouvent à environ 5 minutes avec les commerces de proximité (boulangerie, pharmacie..) et les supermarchés à environ 15 minutes.
Vous serez idéalement situés pour visiter La Rochelle et découvrir l’Ile de Ré (25 min), profiter des plages de sable de La Faute sur mer (30 min) et découvrir la venise verte (30min). Nous sommes également à 1h du Puy du fou.
Si vous prévoyez de venir avec vos vélos, vous trouverez à proximité de nombreuses balades possible avec notamment les pistes de la « Vélodyssée ».
Si vous êtes voyageur ou voyageuse « solo », welcome (je voyage également en solo ;) et je sais qu'il n'est pas toujours aisé de franchir le pas.
