Positive: It was a modern apartment with a pretty cool interior and a good location to explore the old town. The communication was a breeze.

Negative: Looks clean, but actually not in detail. The shower booth was clogged with hair. Some areas were not cleaned thoroughly, such as the window area. The mention of the parking on the list is not accurate. There is a street parking about 2~300 meters away, and luck is needed to park.
