Positive: The location is useful for me due to family relations. The property is clean and tidy, and practical. The shared dining area is fine, and the bathroom large and functional

Negative: The beds are ok, but the pillows are really really poor. The kitchen could be better equipped - there is no bread cutting knife for instance. Getting a wifi code took too long - I called the number listed on their email, number didn't work, then I sent a message, but no reply for a while which when you have urgent documents to send is frustrating - they should just leave the information somewhere in the room.
