Negative: Bed was to spongy, No curtains in bedrooms, building work out front, private garden inaccessible due to scaffolding, dirty stained carpets, stained dining chairs, couldn’t wash up properly as no bowl or plug in the kitchen. Deposit needed in case of damage.
