Negative: Fireplace not working Washing machine not hooked to water Tumble dryer not working Front door lock failed repetitively and had to be reset multiple times - obviously defective Staff attitude re support absolutely sucked, said they contacted us but never did - no resolution in 5 days after daily promises made of support and fixes
