Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: Very clean, rooms were spacious, breakfast was plentiful and fresh.
Negative: The ice machines on every floor were out of order. There was a sign that said it was available at the front desk. While that was true, the staff were less than pleased to assist with ice each morning. Some were just clearly frustrated considering there was an entire baseball team looking to get ice, which I completely understand how overwhelming that could be. However some staff were just absolutely rude about it and even ignored me once as if I wasn’t asking at all. Very unfortunate because the stay was wonderful outside of that.
