Positive: The location is great. Quiet but just behind the flags at dicky beach. Very clean and well equipped Access was easy with the door code
Negative: Layout is quirky. Twin bedroom only separated from living room by curtain. Downstairs bathroom opens into laundry on one side and master bedroom on other. No air con in other bedrooms. No sea views (though particulars say there are) and only seats for 2 on balcony which is overlooked by other flats. Sofa cushions stained. Would be ideal for family but particulars should make quirks clear
