Summary: We enjoyed our trip but the house definitely had issues over the course of our stay. The house appears clean at first glance but we quickly realized it wasn’t. The floors were filthy, one set of pillows had stains and hair on them, towels were stained, there was crumbs in one of the beds. It seemed like the sheets had not been changed. I took pictures of everything if the rental company would like to see. It’s obvious the house has not had a deep clean in a long time. We paid for the pool to be heated and by day two the heat stopped working but nothing was done by management. We left the house cleaner than we found it so it’s very frustrating to be charged a cleaning fee. The location is great and proximity to the beach was wonderful but we will be renting elsewhere next time we visit the area.
