Positive: The location is very convenient. The view from the room was awesome. Had all required appliances. All facilities in the room were excellent. Staff was curtious and helpful except a few.
Negative: Asked for extended checkout just for 2 hours but was declined citing another guest booking. Checkout is at 11a.m. i asked for 1pm. The check-in is at 4 pm. 3 hours would be sufficient time to ready the room. Still, the property is worth spending time. Staff can learn to have smiles on faces and learn more hospitality to improve overall guest experience.
