Positive: It has the potential to be a perfect 10 with just a few small improvements. The resort itself is fantastic, and guests can use all of its facilities free of charge during the day. The accommodation is brand new and offers an incredible views over the lake. At sunrise and sunset you’ll likely have the place almost entirely to yourself, which makes the experience even more special.
Negative: I think that, for the price, a regular bed would have been preferable to a sofa bed. That said, it was still surprisingly comfortable for one person. The bathroom could have been cleaned a little more thoroughly. There was some sand in the shower, probably left by previous guests, and a few stains on the floor. Nothing major though, and overall the apartment was clean. The bed sheets were fresh and smelled nice, although one of them had a small stain. A small suggestion: if you provide a coffee machine, it would be great to have a couple of cups available as well. It might also be worth replacing the shower mat with one that absorbs water better, as the current one doesn’t prevent water from spreading across the bathroom floor after a shower.
