This charming 1910 Maine cottage is located in the exclusive Hersey Retreat area of Sandy Point and offers stunning water views from many rooms. Thoughtfully remodeled while maintaining its classic coastal character, this home provides plenty of space for families and groups to gather and relax!
Main Floor: Fully stocked kitchen, quaint dining room with direct access to the patio, cozy living room with large windows and a propane fireplace, bedroom with a queen bed and patio access, bedroom with a Full XL bed, and one full bathroom with a standalone tub, a shower, as well as a washer and dryer. The iron and ironing board are also located in that bathroom.
Upper Floor: Spacious tower bedroom with a queen bed. There is also a half bathroom (toilet and sink only) located on this level of the home.
Apartment Level: Living room, kitchenette, bedroom with two twin beds, full bathroom with shower, and a large couch that can also be used as a sleeping space. Access to the apartment level is through a separate exterior entrance; there is no interior access from the main house.
Important: The three bedrooms in the main house share the one full bathroom with tub/shower located on the main floor. The upstairs half bathroom does not include a shower. Summary: We did not want to leave!!! Everything we needed was there. The view is sooooo incredible and we loved the fire pit!! Having the washer and dryer was a plus. The stairs were just a bit of a challenge for the older siblings but soo worth the climb once inside. Having a bedroom on ground level worked out for us as well!! Definitely would book again!! Responses were fast and instructions great!! Thanks for a great visit!!
