Negative: my stay at this four-star hotel was a some how accepted. I stayed in an apartment as well as a twin room, and there were several issues: The apartment was supposed to have basic kitchen facilities, especially since it had an electric stove top and microwave. However, the kitchen was completely empty and had no utensils or equipment . The air conditioning was extremely poor, particularly in the twin room. The hotel was extremely noisy due to its location on a main road. Traffic noise, combined with loud events and parties at the restaurant, made it very difficult to sleep. When I asked to take a cup of coffee from breakfast to my room, a staff member told me that I had to pay for it because nothing could be taken out of the restaurant. I was told this was hotel policy. There was no iron in the room. Guests had to go to a shared ironing room on the fourth floor There was no shataf in the bathroom
