Positive: The couch needs to be replaced. The toilet didn't flush properly and had a slite smell to it The next day. The room was ok but looks a bit dated. The location was perfect 👌 the restaurant staff was very nice especially the male manager he was very kind. The lady that checked us in was a little rude. She complained about me not reading about them not having a elevator. True I didn't see that when I booked the hotel. Iv never stayed in tome or Europe for that matter do im not use to Hotels not having a elevator. She complained at the front desk and I heard her continuing to complaine when she showed us upstairs. She did ask a staff member to help my husband with that luggage because it was 2 heavy suitcases weighing over 60 pounds each. We did appreciate the help. Other than that the stay was nice. The noise from outside and in the restaurant did filter into the room so sleep was hard but not impossible.
