Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: I stayed in the attic apartment for one night. The location is excellent—just 10 minutes from the Gravensteen and the Korenlei. It was very clean and bright; the bed was comfortable, and there was a bathtub and plenty of space. Communication with the host was flawless. The room was not exactly cheap.

Negative: As others have already mentioned, the staircase is indeed steep and narrow. For elderly people or anyone with heavy luggage, a room on the lower floors would be a better choice. It is an old house; a floorboard in the bathroom was sticking out slightly. There was some noise from the street at night, but nothing too bad.
