The Lazy Frio is an amazing home with large oak trees and on the banks of the Frio River. This home offers sleeping for 22 people with five bedrooms, five and a half baths and a small loft perfect for kids. It has an open concept kitchen with all the amenities you would need for cooking. The kitchen is open to the living room that looks out to a beautiful outdoor area with a covered porch, seating under the large oaks and a fire pit. Lazy Frio sits in the gated subdivision of Comanche Crossing so you never have to worry about crowds along the banks.

Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time staying at the Lazy Frio! The river is right outside and so relaxing! The outside had plenty of chairs and a fire pit to enjoy. The house is always clean and well equipped for cooking meals. Plenty of space , and the upstairs is perfect for kids. Management is just a phonecall away and always responds promptly. We have stayed there many times and will keep coming back!
