Travel Purpose: business

Positive: The house location was great, right next to the access points to the river. It's also right next to a convenient store. It could comfortably sleep my entire party. Beds were pretty decent for an Airbnb. My dog absolutely loved the yard. It was surround by redwood trees and even had one in the yard. It was a nice house but was just missing a few things.

Negative: I was under the impression that there was air conditioning because on the listing it said "conditioning" which I think the may have been referencing shampoo and conditioner. The house was unbearably hot and they only provided 3 box fans. It really needs some form of A/C or at the very least 2 box fans for the master bedroom, 1 for each of the other bedrooms, 1 for the living room and maybe an oscillating fan for both the living room and the kitchen.. The yard was great but there was a big gap in the back corner of the fence that I needed to put something in front of to make sure my dog didn't get out. I am also glad I had bungie cords because the gates were able to just push open to let my dog out. Being as it in about 5 doors down from a major highway, this was extremely dangerous for people with dogs. The seating was limited in the living room and can only accommodate 5 people semi-comfortably. The 6th person will have to sit on a dining chair and that is not very relaxing after spending all day at the river. It was that bad but I definitely left the house cleaner than I found it. When looking for bedsheets, I found a random door that lead to underneath the master bedroom. There were some bedsheets in there but there was an incredible amount of rodent poop. Honestly, the rodent poop didn't bother me because it was confined to that one area. I would recommend a deadbolt to head that area of the house. If I were to stay in the area again, I would probably look for a place with air conditioning in my budget, and if I was unable to find something, I would stay there again but I would bring a few extra fans with me.

Summary: nice quiet area, definitely needs A/C or at least more fans. Has everything else you might need.
