Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: The hotel was clean, bed comfortable and I loved the citrus mint lotion in the bathroom
Negative: The entire reason I booked this hotel was because of the indoor pool but when we arrived the pool was closed and stayed closed while we were there, the elevator was broken for a few hours. We are handicapped so the stairs really aren't usable for us.
Summary: Normally we enjoy stays at your hotels but this trip was a big disappointment. 🫤
