3 Bedroom House with Ocean View, Balcony and Air Conditioner

In your private home you will enjoy dining on the lanai overlooking the private pool. In the morning look out the rooftop deck for a stunning view of the sun rise. A 10 minute walk up the beach will take you to town where there are many restaurants and shopping to excite anyone's tastes. If you prefer we have a private driver you can call if you want to get a ride into town and he can take you on any adventure you want like Whale watching, mountain climbing, snorkeling, you name it! His name is Joseph and he has an 10 passenger van with leather seats, air conditioning and WiFi. You can prepare your own meals or you can have someone prepare them for you for a small fee. Watch the video and it will show you the inside and outside of the house along with your walk from the house to the beach. The master bedroom with the king size bed has an attached full bathroom. One guest room has a bunk bed with the top a twin mattress the bottom is a full mattress then you can pull out another twin mattress below the full and the other has a Queen sized bed and they share a bathroom that is not connected to either room.

Summary: We were greeted by the very friendly manager and she explained everything we needed to know about the property. Told us fun things to do and places to go. This villa is perfectly located in Cabarete, only a 10 minute walk on the beach to all of the restaurants and shops. The little community the villa is in is very quiet and very safe. And it’s only a minute walk to the beach. The house itself is very spacious and comfortable. It’s brightly decorated and has everything we needed in the kitchen to cook our meals and store our food. If we ever needed anything the maid or the manager was right there with in minutes. The owner Ronda was extremely nice and communicated with us before our holiday so we were prepared for everything! We will definitely be back again and again! They also own the house next door called Villa Italia and it is AMAZING!!!!! It’s also listed in VRBO. you should check it out too.
