Summary: It was an excellent experience staying at this private beach house property in Motobu, Okinawa. The beautiful stretch of shallow natural sandy private beach in the backyard is called Gushiken Beach. There's dense jungle plants and trees along the rock formations cliffs, and hidden areas to explore at your own risk. Experience the local nature to the fullest... BUT bring bug spray for the "ninja" mosquitoes! These criters were bothersome around the property. This property is close driving distance to Churaumi Aquarium, Emerald Beach, Saseko Beach and Gorilla Chop. Communication with Ariyama-san, property host was great! Timely responses to all questions. Some improvement for us would be the bath-shower room lighting should be brighter, its too dimmed. Also brighter kitchen lighting.
