PLEASE READ PRIOR TO BOOKING:

1. **UNREGISTERED GUESTS ARE NOT ALLOWED** (this includes family). The only people allowed in the house are those who are registered on the booking. A hefty fine and an immediate cancellation of your booking will be issued if found with extra guests.

2. Must sign a contract prior to your booking.

3. 4 car MAXIMUM. If found with more vehicles or found parking in the street will result in a $100 fine.

Perfect for families with pets and kids. Patio seating all around the backyard and a separate area for your pets if need be!

We are very pet-friendly, we just ask that guests pay an additional, one-time fee of $150 for pets.

Our yard guys and pool man (Larry, my dad) *may* stop by during your visit to maintain the yard and pool. This is a non-negotiable service as we desire to maintain the integrity of the property. The yard guys *normally* come on Wednesday mornings and will enter via the side gate. They will not introduce themselves. Larry, the pool guy will knock and let you know he is there.
