Positive: The location, closeness to the Eurotunnel and views out to the countryside

Negative: The decor was very dated and overall the rooms were quite run down. We weren't given any towels for showering and arrived late so didnt have time to ask. There is obvious need for some renovations but the location is superb for the Eurotunnel and the character of the building has huge potential.
