Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The hotel is in the centre of Moneglia just behind the sea front. It is a short walk to the beach, restaurants and bars and about a 15 minute walk to the train station. It has a lovely terrace at the front for breakfast (which was very good) and also a sun terrace with a Jacuzzi which was very nice. The public areas were kept spotlessly clean.

Negative: The bedroom we had was rather small and it would have been worthwhile for us to upgrade it to a larger more expensive room. The bathroom was spotless but the shower cabinet was worn. There is a carpark for the hotel at an additional cost but it is about a 400 metre walk away and it is difficult to load and unload luggage outside the hotel. These small inconveniences are outweighed by the position of the hotel in the town, the lovely terrace at the front and the great breakfast.
