Summary: We wanted a peaceful holiday to unwind. We chose Petra Villas because we felt it was well positioned on the island to do a bit of sightseeing but also Private and away from the tourist hot spots. The pool is lovely and was warm in early June. You are literally 2 mins walk from the sea, it's like your own private beach. The village of Gennadi has everything you need greengrocer, supermarket (that stocks almost everything) and several good Greek Restaurants the town is 4 mins by car and 15-20 to walk. Gennadi is a small residential town and feels welcoming. You could easily stay here without a car if you wanted to stay local. Giannis, is a attentive host and very friendly. We would stay here again (and again)
