However, this sandwiched neighborhood between downtown and the Gulch is gentrifying with some light industrial in the area. Like all major downtown neighborhoods, you may see an occasional homeless person. Guests can walk to the Ascend Amphiteatre and lower Broadway. It is a short 3-minute Uber to the Gulch for groceries or shopping.
Buses but Lyft is more convenient.

Summary: This was the perfect place to stay for our weekend in Nashville. Close enough to walk to Broadway or easy to drive down and park as well. The home was well stocked and the coffee bar was perfect. Very comfortable and a great place to stay!
