Positive: This apartment is in a great location and has a lovely outlook. We found it warm and comfortable. The property manager was amenable and fixed a small problem with the toilet lighting in a timely fashion.
Negative: No security light in carpark (?). Weak wifi signal. Poor sound quality on television. Kitchen sink mixer is very loose and needs tightening. Main entry door to common lobby needs an interior handle to assist opening from inside. Shower cubicle is unnecessarily small.
