Positive: The place is beautiful, very stylish , the room was nice, we had a balcony, good AC, espresso machine, overall good.

Negative: The restaurant was very expensive, the dishes were fine, not that good. Breakfast was average, they asked for extra money if we asked for iced coffee in the included breakfast. The staff were OK. The Waiters were slow, didn’t pay much attention. If we wanted to pay by credit card it was +5%, something that didn’t happen to us in any other places at Bocas. They offer activities that you can book directly through the hotel, but it was not well organized and price for the scuba diving was higher that mentioned at the website (does not include transportation). The pool went under maintenance (they mentioned that one day before we arrived), and we never got the update that it was reopened.

Summary: It’s a nice place, beautiful, private beach access, but in our opinion to expensive, its stylish but we expect more.
