Positive: The people! Shine, Max, Boy and Lucio were all amazing and felt like friends! Anything we needed they were on hand and so friendly. The breakfast was super yummy and loved sitting out by the pond and trees. Everyone works incredibly hard.☺️ Our room was lovely and big, the bathrooms are gorg! And even when it rains, it’s so cosy being up in the tree tops. One of the best things is the gym and facilities, we tried daily ice baths and sauna. Beam was a great guide through that, we enjoyed our stay thoroughly and would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a relaxing high end stay!

Negative: Nothing!!
